Cilantro Lime Chicken Nachos...It's what's for dinner!
I found a recipe on Aunt Jan's blog for cilantro lime chicken (Thanks Jan!) and and we decided to try it and put it on nachos (on the lime chips of course) with some home made fresh tomato salsa...yummm! Also made some crab pasta salad this week that was so good. Now that it's hot, it feels good to just have salads for dinner. And today I am making a strawberry tart for our "Treats on the Lawn" family get together.....another recipe I found online. If it's a hit, I'll post the link.
