25 Random Things

1. I got fresh flowers for Valentine's Day! Good job Dustin!
2. I went to Israel for a week in the summer of '96...an experience I'll never forget.
3. I've always wanted to be a mom.
4. I like Miracle Whip and Dustin likes Real Mayo, so we buy Real Mayo.
5. I've always been self conscious of my hands...too many lines.
6. I like cleaning and organizing things.
7. When I was little I wanted to be a gymnastics star.
8. When I eat I have to end on something sweet...can't go back to salty.
9. My favorite shows are The Office and 30 Rock.
10. I sometimes catch some HGTV.
11. I've been sick all weekend.
12. I studied American Sign Language at BYU
13. I have the best marriage ever!
14. I've had asthma all my life. It's especially bugging me right now with this cold.
15. I love 9 grain bread.
16. Agave nectar is the best!
17. I learned a lot about what NOT to do in life from my parents.
18. I was never tempted to swear until I had kids.
19. I'm addicted to paper crafting and stamping.
20. However, digital scrapbooking is the way to go.
21. I like to dance with the Imagination Movers on Playhouse Disney.
22. I hate grapefruit.
23. There are only 2 days in the past 11 and a half years that I did not make our bed and on those days, someone inevitably came by to see our house and I was so embarrassed. I always have to have the bed made.
24. If I was rich and my kids were older and I had less responsibilities...blah blah blah....then I would go downhill skiing all the time until my bad knees gave out.
25. I really like living in Utah, but I wish I could visit my family in California a lot quicker.

Hey It's Time to Post Again!

Ok, so the only thing that happened in January worth scrapping was pinewood derby. Since mom wasn't there pictures were minimal. I know Levi is not smiling in the picture..but the only other picutre of him with the car is really scary. At least Dad took some pictures...thanks dad. I decided to put this years and the last pinewood derby...the one where he took first! You can read more details on the pages.

I can't believe it's already February. I guess in Jan I was busy with year end and quarterly taxes..uggh. I have been doing a little digi-scrapping though...I am working on a cute little 4x6 ABC brag book for Leia. I'm on G. So perhaps I'll post that when it's done.

Well, Dustin wants me to post the scary picture of Levi. Is that mean? Well, it is kinda funny.

Cutest Christmas Kids

I love giving the kids new Christmas jammies each year. They are so cute. This was on Christmas Eve....Leia sporting her favorite polka dots.

Ice Skating

On Christmas Eve we took the kids ice skating. It was their very fist time. We were not so sure how they would do. The girls really liked it. The girls hung onto orange cones while Levi clung to the wall. Leia just ran on the ice while we took turns holding her hand. She actually enjoyed it. They keep asking us when are we going again so I guess they liked it.

Fun In the Snow

Just before Christmas we had a nice bit of snow and the kids have had a lot of fun in it.

2008 Review

Here's all the stuff I would have put in a big long Christmas letter, but didn't have to because I can just post it now for all who care to see. Well, we hope everyone is having a nice holiday. We Got the Bus Wrap

Here is Palmer Wholesale's Delivery Bus. We got the Victorio Kitchen Products wrap on it now. (That is our brand.) This week is really snowy...very "Christmasy" I suppose. Dustin took these photos with his phone. We are excited, after 6 months of having the bus, to have this wrap on it done.

Little Leia

Leia loves wearing polk a dots. She always asks to wear her "polk ee dot" jammies. She also loves penguins. So now there is a variety of penguin accessories around our home.

We had to do something to keep those pants on.

Decorations

We got the blow up penguin which we call "chubby penguin" because of Leia's love for her penguin that she is now attached to. She has this little puppet penguin that she carries everywhere with her. Our neighbors have snowman and santa so we had to get something different and chubby penguin was Leia's favorite.This year Dustin strung some rope lights from the roof off the back of our house to create kind of a tree for all coming up the provo diagonal to see and for all those that live down the hill from us. It looks really cool and you can see it from quite far.
