Jump on it was a blast!

Last Thursday night we took the family to Jump On It for Addie's birthday. It's a warehouse with wall to wall trampolines and other jumping devices. The kids loved it and mom and dad loved it. Addie says sounding kind of puzzled, "Mom, you're kind of acting like a kid?" Well, it did bring out the kid in us. Dustin jumped almost nonstop for the full hour and boy was he sore afterwards. He tried some simple stunts he did as a kid and his body painfully reminded him that he was not a kid anymore. I could feel it in my knees and tried to not go overboard because I still wanted to be able to walk the next day. But overall, I think we would go there again. I'll be puting together some digi scrap pages of Addie's b-day festivities over this next week hopefully. So check back for those.

Halloween Fun

The kids had fun at the church halloween party. Dustin had to man the popcorn machine. I should have gotten a picture of that too. Too bad so sad.

Carving Pumpkins

More Halloween Fun

Isn't Halloween so much fun! The kids are counting down the days. They can hardly wait. This year they only get to dress up once because the church halloween party is on Halloween night. So they have party at school that day and party at night. We already did our Jack-O-Lanterns so I will post that next.

Fall School Stuff

In September was the annual school carnival fundraiser. The kids always look forward to it. They hired a mini-carnival to come (that specializes in school carnivals). There is always lots to do. They love the balloon animals and cotton candy. We like it because it is a much better environment than the city or state fair carnivals and the money spent goes to the school. The in October I went with Breanna on her class fieldtrip. Bre was so excited for me to go with her. The weather was great and we had a good time. I am working on some halloweenish pages already so check back.

CARD CLASS

Here are the cards we'll be making Sept 18 (Thur). You get to do 2 of each, so it is 6 cards for $10. Come at 2pm or 7pm. I've got some great new tools so it's super easy. It'll be a good time!

Bear Lake Trip

We went to Bear Lake as an extended family trip. Those who went were us, Hollie's family, Marcie's family met us there from Colorado, Nick's family, Kara and Justin, and Grandpa. As a group we rented the Bear Lake Hermitage in Paris, Idaho by the north side of the Lake. The place had huge bedrooms with a group kitchen and TV room, and a recreation and play room downstairs. We stayed two nights. To see more pictures goto http://www.bearlakehermitage.com/ Anyhow, we had a good time at the Lake but we were glad to get home too. I guess you just have to go away sometimes to appreciate being home. My only regret with the trip is that I didn't get a group picture of all of us in front of the tabernacle on Sunday. Errrr. I am still mad about that. So anyway, I guess we took our Labor day holiday weekend early and now we are home doing work on Labor Day. I have so many more pictures to scrap and post. I still want to do back to school pages and more summer fun pages. So much to do and so little time. Remember to click on any of the pages that you want to view bigger.
